At Just Ingredients, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our natural products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened items. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the box before shipping to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
